Thanks for your hard work over the last few days (and before!). The event was a MASSIVE success. It was great working with the LiveBuzz team. From the registration desk to theatre management to daily updates on reg numbers, we felt safe, supported and informed in what was our first time out for this event.
After finishing another blockbuster Screwfix Live event I wanted to thank you for an incredible delivery from the LiveBuzz team. You absolutely nailed it, and it’s a big gig with lots of elements and LOTS of visitors and kids! The technical supports, Jay & Harry, quietly got on with the job at hand and nothing seemed a problem, they were a joy to work with as was Kirsty. My staff contact Desiree just never fails to deliver an Oscar performance whatever is thrown at her. I don’t know how she does it but she always seems to have energy in the tank when everyone else is on their knees! Her onsite staff support were also excellent and very hardworking.

We have partnered with LiveBuzz as our registration provider since the inception of our event – Plant Based World Expo Europe. Not only do they provide an unparallelled professional service, but their team are extremely helpful, and always on-hand to support the show team before, during and after our event. Over the years we've encountered many different exhibitor manual offerings, but nothing as powerful and customisable as this.
